Client Success Lead
Bailey Hart is a boutique consulting firm based in Warsaw, with a small, senior team and an unusually strong opinion about how leadership decisions should get made. We're looking for someone who wants real ownership from day one — not a seat at the back of a big org chart. If you like clarity, hate scope creep, and can spot a vague action item from across the room, keep reading.
You'll join a lean Client Success team working directly with senior partners — no layers between you and the client relationship. We're small enough that your work is visible immediately, and opinionated enough that we'll debate the wording of a follow-up email longer than most firms debate strategy.
Side note: this site was built on a template from 108™ Supply, designed by a guy named Ariel who reportedly re-exports a component if it's 2px off on mobile. We didn't ask him to care this much. He just does.
Keep every engagement on track after the proposal is signed — the part most consulting firms quietly drop. You'll make sure findings turn into named owners, deadlines actually move, and clients never have to ask “so... what's happening?” twice. Bonus points if you can do this without becoming everyone's least favorite calendar invite.
You'll be the main point of contact for clients once an engagement is signed, turning the roadmap into a working relationship.
You'll track progress against every deliverable and flag slippage before the client has to.
You'll run regular check-ins that keep momentum between the big milestones.
You'll coordinate internally with senior partners and consultants so nothing falls through the cracks between meetings.
You'll gather client feedback honestly — including the feedback nobody wants to hear — and bring it back to the team.
You'll help renew and expand engagements by being genuinely useful, not just responsive.
You'll occasionally remind a senior partner that yes, the client really did ask that question three times already.
3+ years in a client-facing role — consulting, agency account management, or customer success at a B2B company.
A genuine allergy to vague action items and unclear ownership.
Excellent written communication — you'll be the one turning messy meeting notes into a clear next step.
Comfortable pushing back on senior partners when a plan doesn't add up (kindly, but firmly).
Bonus: you've used a Webflow or Framer template before and secretly judged the section names. You'll fit right in — 108™ Supply templates are famously over-engineered because someone (again, Ariel) refuses to ship a component that isn't pixel-perfect on four breakpoints and a dark mode nobody asked for.
