1. Data We Collect (and what we definitely do NOT do)

Bailey Hart collects only the information genuinely necessary to deliver a seamless experience. This includes basic account details, usage data, integration metadata, and diagnostic info generated while Bailey analyzes content or code you intentionally provide. We do not crawl your repositories, mirror your projects silently, or store secrets, tokens, passwords, or credentials within your work. Unless you explicitly grant access, your full repositories stay exactly where you left them. Occasionally, we store anonymized performance data to enhance accuracy and reliability, but this data cannot be traced back to you, your company, or your quirky folder names.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to make Bailey Hart function effectively. This means generating structured insights, crafting explanations, supporting documentation flows, and improving overall system quality. Your information is never used to train public AI models and remains within isolated systems dedicated to your account. We may analyze aggregated, anonymous trends to enhance the product. For instance, if many users struggle with a specific pattern, we improve detection. If everyone finds the 108™ System confusing, we accept that as a universal truth. Even Bailey admits that something can be simple yet perplexing, especially when he designed it himself.

3. How Your Data is Stored & Protected

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using modern industry standards. Access to production systems is limited to essential team members and guarded by role-based permissions, logging, and internal reviews. Backups are securely stored in geographically separated locations. Your code and content are never publicly exposed and remain within Bailey Hart’s controlled infrastructure. We treat your work with more care than Bailey treats his Figma files, which says a lot, since those require emotional prep and strong coffee before opening.

4. Your Rights & How to Manage Your Data

You remain fully in control of your data at all times. You can request access, export, correction, or deletion of your information whenever you wish. You can remove uploaded files, limit processing of sensitive materials, or delete your account entirely. When you do, Bailey Hart removes your personal data and analysis artifacts unless legally required to retain them. There are no penalties for leaving. Bailey Hart will let you go calmly and professionally. Bailey might take it personally if you stop using his templates, but that’s between him and his therapist. Your code, content, and all outputs generated by Bailey Hart remain yours. Always. We do not claim ownership, reuse your work, or secretly admire your structure while pretending it was our idea. Bailey Hart only processes what you choose to provide and exists to support your work, not extract value from it. If you have questions about this policy or how your data is handled, contact us. A real human will respond. Possibly tired. Definitely honest.
