Executive Coach Associate
Bailey Hart works with leadership teams navigating growth, transition, and transformation. We’re looking for an Executive Coach Associate to support senior leaders who need clearer thinking, better conversations, and more useful feedback — not motivational posters in meeting form. This is a contract role for someone who can create trust quickly, listen carefully, and challenge leaders without performing wisdom.
You’ll work with Bailey Hart partners and consultants on leadership-focused engagements. Some work will be standalone coaching; some will sit alongside broader transformation or strategy projects.
You’ll be part of a senior, low-ego team that values directness, discretion, and practical outcomes.
Help leaders improve how they make decisions, communicate under pressure, and lead through change. You’ll support clients in turning self-awareness into better operating habits.
The goal is not endless reflection. The goal is visible change in how leaders show up, decide, and work with others.
You’ll coach executives and senior managers through structured one-to-one sessions.
You’ll help leaders identify patterns in communication, decision-making, and team dynamics.
You’ll support leadership development within broader consulting engagements.
You’ll translate coaching themes into practical next steps while respecting confidentiality.
You’ll collaborate with Bailey Hart consultants when coaching connects to organizational change.
You’ll help clients stay accountable to specific behavioral shifts.
You’ll bring calm, clarity, and challenge into sensitive conversations.
Experience in executive coaching, leadership development, organizational psychology, consulting, or senior people advisory work.
Strong listening skills and the ability to ask precise, uncomfortable, useful questions.
Confidence working with senior leaders and sensitive business contexts.
A practical coaching style focused on action, not jargon.
High discretion and strong professional boundaries.
Relevant coaching certification is welcome, but not a substitute for good judgment.
