FULL-TIME · WARSAW OR REMOTE
Senior Consultant
Bailey Hart is a boutique consulting firm helping leadership teams make sharper decisions during growth, transition, and transformation. We’re looking for a Senior Consultant who can move comfortably between strategy, structure, and execution — someone who can lead rooms, ask better questions, and turn vague business tension into clear next steps. If you like messy problems, senior clients, and work that does not fit neatly into a slide template, keep reading.
You’ll work directly with partners, analysts, and client leadership teams. We keep project teams small, senior, and close to the actual decision-makers — no endless relay of diluted context.
You’ll be expected to think independently, challenge assumptions, and help clients see what is really slowing them down.
Lead consulting engagements from diagnosis to delivery. You’ll help clients clarify priorities, structure decisions, align teams, and build practical roadmaps that can survive real business pressure.
The work is strategic, but not abstract. If a recommendation cannot become a meeting, owner, metric, or decision, it probably is not finished yet.
You’ll lead client workshops, interviews, and working sessions with senior stakeholders.
You’ll diagnose organizational, operational, and strategic bottlenecks.
You’ll translate complex findings into clear recommendations and sequenced action plans.
You’ll manage workstreams from early discovery through implementation support.
You’ll guide analysts and junior team members without turning every review into a lecture.
You’ll help clients make decisions, not just understand their options.
You’ll contribute to Bailey Hart’s internal methods, tools, and point of view.
5+ years in consulting, strategy, transformation, operations, or a similar advisory role.
Strong facilitation skills and comfort working with senior decision-makers.
Clear structured thinking — you can turn ambiguity into something useful.
Excellent writing and presentation skills without hiding behind overdesigned slides.
The ability to balance strategic perspective with operational detail.
Comfortable challenging clients respectfully when the easy answer is not the useful one.
